A Firm is seeking a Legal Recruiting Manager to join the firm in either its Atlanta, Miami, Tampa, or Washington, DC office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing all aspects of firm-wide legal recruiting

• Interfacing with candidates, attorneys, and recruiters

• Screening and processing resumes

• Managing firm-wide recruiting database

• Collaborating with Director of Legal Talent Management regarding hiring strategy and hiring

• goals

• Managing summer associate, entry-level, and lateral attorney hiring efforts

• Managing attorney orientation and integration into the firm

• Developing internal attorney welcome announcements

• Managing relationships with law schools and search firm consultants

• Coordinating diversity or practice group specific job fairs

• Managing various administrative and departmental duties

Qualified candidates must have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years of professional experience in law firm legal recruiting or related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Proficiency in legal recruiting databases (viRecruit or Lawcruit)

• Demonstrated organizational, time management, and management skills

• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills; ability to work with all

• levels of attorneys, staff, and external clientele

• Exercises discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

• Ability to work well under pressure and complete tasks in an accurate and timely fashion
