This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced employer-side attorney seeking a sophisticated, well-rounded practice that combines complex employment litigation with strategic counseling, workplace investigations, and proactive advisory work.

THE OPPORTUNITY
The incoming attorney will advise and represent public and private employers across industries including healthcare, manufacturing, higher education, and technology, among others.
Representative responsibilities include:

Employment litigation and restrictive covenant disputes

Workplace investigations and sensitive personnel matters

Employment agreements, policies, and compliance counseling

Strategic guidance on employment-related risks and business decisions

Collaboration with attorneys across complementary practice areas
