Onsite – 5 days a week in Washington, DC
The Network Engineer will support the firms hybrid and cloud infrastructure, providing escalation-level network and systems support while maintaining reliable connectivity across a modern SD-WAN, LAN/WLAN, and cloud environment. The role will have a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and the firms ongoing migration from on-premises infrastructure to SaaS and cloud platforms.
Key responsibilities include managing network infrastructure, SAN/NetApp, VMware, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Active Directory, and cloud backup/DR solutions. The engineer will also support network security, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and cloud migrations while serving as a senior escalation point for infrastructure issues.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of network/infrastructure experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment, with hands-on expertise in Cisco/Meraki, SD-WAN, Intune/Autopilot, M365, AVD, Azure, VMware, Windows Server, Entra ID/AD, NetApp, and backup/DR technologies. Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and customer-service skills are essential.
