The Marketing Technology Coordinator will play a pivotal role in enhancing the firm’s digital marketing efforts. This dynamic position involves implementing, maintaining, and applying a variety of digital marketing technologies such as CRM, CMS, experience management, and email marketing systems, significantly contributing to the firm’s marketing and business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Coordination: Partner with the Business Development and Marketing Communications teams to manage e-marketing campaigns from concept through to data analysis, ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
- Experience Management: Conduct research on matters and clients to enhance the firm’s experience management system. Responsibilities include drafting narratives, assigning industry categories, uploading logos, and updating client descriptions.
- Data Integrity Management: Oversee data integrity projects including cleansing and merging duplicate contacts. Advocate and implement CRM best practices to enhance database quality and usability.
- Content Management: Regularly update the firm’s website and other digital platforms; add new content, perform content audits, fix broken links, correct typos, and refresh outdated information.
- Website Optimization: Assist in various website projects, including content updates, redesigns, and SEO audits, to enhance user experience and search engine rankings.
- Lead Analysis: Monitor and analyze new business leads across digital channels such as websites, emails, and social media, translating data into actionable insights for business development.
- Technical Support: Provide ongoing support to the marketing, business development, and secretarial teams by resolving any issues related to the marketing technology stack.
- System Integration Monitoring: Ensure reliable data integration across various systems and support the implementation of new software solutions within the marketing department.
- Additional Responsibilities: Take on other tasks and projects as needed to support the firm’s marketing and business development objectives.
Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree; 3+ years in digital marketing; proficiency in CRM (Dynamics 365 preferred), CMS (Sitecore preferred), experience management (Foundation preferred), and email marketing software (Concep preferred); strong analytical skills (Google Analytics preferred).
- Preferred: Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat; exceptional communication and organizational skills; collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and learning; and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional Requirement: Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet firm objectives and project deadlines.
