We’re currently seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join a highly regarded law firm in New York City. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting attorneys through all phases of complex commercial litigation matters.
Responsibilities
- Legal fact and basic legal research
- Assist with case management
- Organize and electronically file pleadings
- Coordinate and schedule calendars
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent
- 3+ years’ as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal
- Experience with e-discovery platforms (preferred CourtAlert and Relativity)
- Ability to work overtime
