We are partnering with a well‑established Dallas law firm to hire an Executive Assistant to support both the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and General Counsel (GC).

Responsibilities:

· Manage complex, fast‑moving calendars and prioritize meetings, leadership commitments, and external engagements
· Coordinate travel, itineraries, and expense reporting
· Prepare, edit, and format executive‑level correspondence, presentations, reports, and internal communications
· Support firmwide strategic initiatives, including project coordination, timeline tracking, and follow‑up on action items
· Coordinate executive, leadership, and board meetings, including agendas, materials, logistics, and post‑meeting follow‑up
· Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
· Provide administrative support to the GC, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and legal‑related scheduling
· Assist with preparation, organization, and management of legal documents, agreements, and correspondence
· Maintain confidential legal files and records in accordance with firm policies
· Support legal operations including matter tracking, deadlines, compliance documentation, and reporting
· Coordinate with internal departments and outside counsel on legal and risk‑management matters
· Handle highly sensitive legal, employment, and risk‑related information with discretion
· Draft, proofread, and format a wide range of documents with exceptional accuracy
· Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, including document‑management and e‑signature platforms
· Anticipate executive needs, resolve administrative issues proactively, and recommend process improvements
· Manage competing priorities while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness

Qualifications:

· 5+ years supporting C‑suite executives as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Professional (law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred)
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong document‑formatting and presentation skills
· Strong proficiency with AI and emerging technology tools
· Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills
· Ability to manage confidential information with sound judgment
· Ability to work independently and remain composed in high‑pressure environments
