A fast-paced and dynamic law firm, is seeking an experienced Worker’s Compensation Paralegal with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- File Petitions with the Court
- Request and organize medical records and bills
- Schedule permanency exams
- Maintain regular client communication
- Support attorneys with case preparation as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a worker’s compensation paralegal
- Strong knowledge of worker’s compensation law
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and writing skills
- High attention to detail and ability to interact effectively with clients
