- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of software applications required.
- Experience with iManage, Intapp, and Chrome River is preferred.
- Work arrangement – Remote work is authorized. Occasional in-office attendance may be required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
▪Track staffing agency and vendor engagement letters, contracts, invoices, and generate related reports.
▪Coordinate with staffing agencies to support the selection and assignment of contract reviewers; assist with logistics, documentation, team formation, project kickoff, monitoring, and closeout.
▪Maintain databases of contract reviewer assignments, performance metrics, and project-level feedback.
▪Support tracking of staff attorney assignments, project status updates, and workload distribution.
▪Assists with metrics and hours reporting for department personnel and case teams.
▪Facilitate interactions between the Staff Attorney Department, Payroll, and Accounting regarding time and expense entries.
▪Maintains department calendar to track member’s requested and approved leave, as well as training opportunities and other firm events.
▪Coordinates department meetings and events, including assisting with travel planning and expense processing as needed.
▪Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
▪Timely and regular attendance.
▪Perform other duties as assigned by department or firm leadership.
Qualifications (Continued):
- BA/BS from an accredited college or university is preferred.
