My client in the greater Miami area is hiring and I am very excited to share an overview of the impactful work and leadership scope behind a Benefits Manager role!

This position plays a critical role in shaping and delivering comprehensive employee benefits strategies, from health and welfare programs to retirement planning and compliance oversight. It blends strategic planning, analytics, vendor partnership, and employee education to ensure organizations provide competitive, compliant, and high-quality benefits offerings.

Key areas of impact include:
Leading the design, implementation, and administration of health, welfare, and retirement programs
Managing annual Open Enrollment strategy, execution, and communication
Partnering with brokers and vendors to monitor market trends and drive plan improvements
Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, and more
Supporting payroll accuracy, leave management, and benefits data analytics
Driving employee education and engagement around benefits and wellness resources

This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a passion for supporting employee wellbeing.
