We’re partnering with our client, a growing professional services firm, seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to centralize and elevate their recruiting function while owning benefits and key HR initiatives firmwide. This is not a maintenance role. It’s a build-and-lead opportunity.
You will:
Drive and streamline full-cycle recruiting (LinkedIn Recruiter expertise required)
Own and administer comprehensive benefits programs
Lead HR projects and process improvements
Partner directly with leadership as a strategic value-add
Help shape the future of the HR function
The ideal candidate will bring:
✔ 5+ years in a law firm or professional services environment
✔ Strong benefits expertise (non-negotiable)
✔ Recruiting and project management experience
✔ A mindset focused on growth, impact, and long-term partnership
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, but would also be open to a strong HR Generalist from a large firm who’s ready to step into a broader, more strategic role!
