We’re partnering with our client, a growing professional services firm, seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist and assist with key HR initiatives firmwide. This is an opportunity to assist in a variety of HR functions while building and leading!
In this role you will:
Be involved with driving and streamlining full-cycle recruiting
Work with the Benefits Manager to assist and administer comprehensive benefits programs
Be involved with HR projects and process improvements
Partner with leadership as a strategic value-add
Assisting in shaping the future of the HR function
The ideal candidate will bring:
✔ 3+ years in a law firm or professional services environment
✔ Recruiting and project management experience
✔ A mindset focused on growth, impact, and long-term partnership
