Our client is seeking an experienced Tax Paralegal to join its collaborative San Francisco office. This is a full-time, non-exempt role ideal for a highly motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, transactional environment and enjoys leveraging both practical experience and innovative technology to deliver efficient, high-quality client service. The Tax Paralegal will play a critical role supporting complex corporate, finance, and real estate matters, working closely with attorneys, clients, and vendors to manage entity formations, filings, due diligence, closings, and post-closing processes across multiple jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate brings deep law firm experience, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong sense of ownership over their work.
