About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our litigation team. This role is heavily focused on supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, with a strong emphasis on the electronic discovery (eDiscovery) process. The paralegal will play a critical role in managing complex litigation matters, particularly in overseeing the identification, preservation, collection, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full discovery lifecycle, including:
- Coordinating ESI collections and applying defensible preservation protocols
- Conducting early case assessments
- Managing document reviews using advanced platforms (e.g., Relativity)
- Preparing production sets in accordance with agreed specifications
- Assist with deposition preparation, fact development, and trial/arbitration support
- Collaborate with attorneys and litigation support teams to drive efficiency and accuracy in large-scale document reviews
- Leverage analytics, technology-assisted review (TAR), and quality control procedures
- Draft discovery responses, coordinate with vendors, manage review workflows, and maintain chain of custody documentation
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of law firm litigation support experience
- Demonstrated expertise in eDiscovery tools and workflows
- Strong knowledge of legal hold procedures, data culling strategies, and production protocols
- Familiarity with advanced review platforms (Relativity experience preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
