Seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Hackensack, New Jersey Office. This position will report to the New Jersey Office five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan and file accounting documents and records.
- Respond to internal and external emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Facilitate check signing and ensure proper documentation.
- Process credit card payments accurately and securely.
- Provide general administrative support.
