We are currently seeking senior level Associate Attorneys with 3 – 7 years of experience specializing in the area of employment and labor law on behalf of management. Ideal candidates should have knowledge and experience with the following:
- Collective Negotiations
- Union-Free and Unionized Workplaces
- Wage and Hour Dispute Resolution, Claims and Litigation
- Employment Law Counseling
- Public Sector Labor Law
- Administrative Agencies
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in New Jersey
- Admission to practice in New York a plus
- 3 – 7 years of experience with labor/employment law
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong academic credentials
