Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.

A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in a relevant HRIS role; prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Demonstrated proficiency with Workday, including configuration, reporting, and process optimization.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and solve complex problems.

Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly articulating insights and recommendations.

High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of analysts to ensure effective alignment of Workday functionality with business needs and HR policies across global offices.

Maintain system data integrity and implement regular data audit protocols.

Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and execute a long-term Workday strategy, aligning with industry best practices and business objectives.

Identify and implement continuous improvements and automation opportunities across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation functions.

Develop and manage HR dashboards and standard/custom reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Conduct gap analyses between current system configurations and business needs; recommend and implement efficiency improvements.

Serve as the project lead for all Workday upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with third-party applications.

Oversee testing and communication plans for system updates affecting user experience.

Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to ensure platform reliability.

Provide technical oversight for key HR processes, including performance reviews, benefits open enrollment, compensation cycles, and ACA compliance.

Partner with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely, accurate data exchange and process efficiency.

Review and manage Workday security roles and access permissions; recommend enhancements to maintain data privacy and security compliance.

Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the HRIS team.
