Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant for its Washington DC Office.
Position Summary: This position reports to the Director of Executive and Administrative Assistants and will work closely with the Assistants in their other locations.
The Administrative Assistants work closely together to support the initiatives of the Firm, including, but not limited to:
• Managing correspondence between colleagues, vendors, and clients.
• Answering and direct calls.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Preparing documents.
• Maintaining spreadsheets.
• Preparing invoices and reviewing backup.
• Submitting expense reports and reconciling backup.
• Supporting timekeeping entries for attorneys.
• Organizing meetings, including managing food orders and coordinating IT support, as needed.
• Supporting event planning and small group dinner coordination.

• Flexibility to adjust hours to meet operating and business needs.
• Strong knowledge of standard computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn and support new software and operating systems.
Preferred, but not required:
• Experience working in billing systems.
