Location: Freehold, NJ (Local Candidates Only)
Schedule: In-office at least 3 days per week
Compensation: Base + Commission (Highly Lucrative for Motivated Individuals)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, entry-level Staffing & Recruiting Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a relentless work ethic and the confidence to make cold calls and build relationships with both candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Source and screen candidates for a variety of professional roles
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate qualifications
• Maintain and grow candidate pipelines through cold calling, networking, and job postings
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Assist in matching candidates with job opportunities
• Support recruiters and account managers with various staffing tasks
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative
• Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with new people daily
• Desire to learn and grow in the staffing and recruiting industry
• Local to the Freehold, NJ area and available to be in the office at least 3 days a week
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
