- Drive and manager BD planning and support for following practice groups: Private Credit, Capital Markets, Banking & Finance, M&A , Bankruptcy, Energy & Project Finance, London Corporate Group
- Manage All BD planning for new lateral practices/partners of importance, including individual & practice group promotion & effort
- Manage all league table submissions, reporting, promotion of rankings
- Deal matrix / closing checklist items – process improvements, etc.
- Recurring deal recaps for web and social
- Manager all Pitches/proposals/RFPs/marketing information- BD-focused materials with assistance from team
- Overseeing the tracking of BD activities in CRM system and following up accordingly
- Work with MarTech specialist to create custom CRM dashboards for partner use to track BD initiatives
- Identifying opportunities for priority partners and practices
- Utilizing PitchBook and other competitive intelligence resources to identify potential targets/provide research on targets for corporate practice groups
- Line of sight into awards, events, publications as it relates to overall BD planning and strategy for firm, ensuring firm’s practice and partners are at forefront for credentialing.
- Corporate BD – Sub Committee BD Administration – planning with partners for overall corporate practices goals and initiatives.
- Managing conference participation and sponsorships for corporate practices, including promotion before/reporting after and keep partners on track with resulting BD leads
- Client communications related to corporate practices, including market trends and updates, liaising with KM on firm deal trends
