Responsibilities:
- Report to trial attorney – On the sexual and physical abuse team
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and motions
- Discovery Deadline
- Discovery Production
- Extensive contact with clients and physician offices
- Manage pre-litigated cases and cases for litigation
- Review and Analyze case files
- Analyze and assemble clients’ medical records
- Research and resolve governmental tax liens
- Correspond with defense counsel as needed
- Analyze wage loss portion of clients’ claims
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- 4-5 years experience with civil litigation matters.
- Excellent organizational, time management, research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate compassion and understanding to our clients
- Must be a self-starter.
- The ability to work independently.
- Strong computer skills.
- Must be a team player.
- Case management software experience is also a plus.
