The Human Resources Coordinator reports to the HR Director and is responsible for providing administrative support in the HR department.

Payroll

• Enter updates, changes, new hires, terminations etc. for each bi-weekly payroll
• Maintain the HR portion in ADP
• Troubleshoot ADP issues
• Build benefit plans as needed
• Update salaries as needed
• Run reports as needed
• Update with open enrollment changes as needed
• Develop and maintain ADP knowledge with support from HR Director and ADP training

Benefits Administration

• Update carriers with additions and terminations as needed
• Review and process vendor invoices
• Schedule and manage flu shot program

New Hire Orientation

• Set up orientation schedule for new hire’s first week
• Schedule Welcome Breakfasts
• Maintain employee home address listing

Verifications of Employment

• Respond to requests for VOEs for current and former employees

Any other tasks or projects that may be assigned.

Candidates with ADP Workforce now experience (at least 1 – 2 years) are a plus.
