The Senior Recruiting Specialist will be involved in all aspects of the hiring process from inception to offer for our clients across the country, and providing support for the team in efforts designed to promote the firm’s brand and reputation.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions
• Assist in all aspects of recruiting, including drafting and posting job descriptions, reviewing candidate submissions, coordinating interviews, collecting candidate and customer feedback, data tracking and assisting with the onboarding process.
• Assist with building and maintaining relationships with firm customers and candidates
• Maintain and update the firms recruiting database and all candidate files
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify and build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates and conduct candidate outreach as appropriate
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, multi-task, prioritize deadlines and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
• Must maintain confidentiality of all customer and candidate information
Qualifications
• Minimum one (1) year of recruiting experience in a fast paced environment
• Previous experience supporting professional service companies is strongly preferred
• Savvy technical skills including knowledge of Applicant Tracking systems and LinkedIn.
• Must have excellent organization skills, possess a strong attention to detail, and outstanding client service skills.
• Strong ownership drive, proactive and deadline driven, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across all levels
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills
