Responsibilities:
- Administer estates and trusts from inception to completion with minimal supervision.
- Prepare and file court-related documents, including probate, administration, and accounting petitions.
- Prepare and file estate and gift tax returns.
- Handle the preparation of informal accountings, receipts, and release agreements.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of all estate administration activities.
- Work independently to analyze and solve complex estate administration issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and professional guidance throughout the estate administration process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in estate administration.
- Proficient in preparing and filing probate, administration, and accounting petitions.
- Experienced in preparing and filing estate and gift tax returns.
- Skilled in preparing informal accountings and receipts and release agreements.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong client communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional client service.
