  • Administer estates and trusts from inception to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Prepare and file court-related documents, including probate, administration, and accounting petitions.
  • Prepare and file estate and gift tax returns.
  • Handle the preparation of informal accountings, receipts, and release agreements.
  • Maintain organized and detailed records of all estate administration activities.
  • Work independently to analyze and solve complex estate administration issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and professional guidance throughout the estate administration process.


  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in estate administration.
  • Proficient in preparing and filing probate, administration, and accounting petitions.
  • Experienced in preparing and filing estate and gift tax returns.
  • Skilled in preparing informal accountings and receipts and release agreements.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
