Job Description: Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join their Hackensack office. The attorney will be part of a team handling sophisticated real estate litigation matters in Federal and State Court throughout New Jersey.
Responsibilities:
- Handle complex real estate litigation matters.
- Represent a broad range of institutional and individual clients, including:
- Real estate developers
- Lenders
- Investors
- Property managers
- Commercial tenants
- Purchasers and sellers of real property
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of litigation experience.
- Admitted to practice in New Jersey.
