Overview: Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to fill the role of Legal Application Manager in their Philadelphia office. The primary responsibility of the Application Manager is to deliver high-quality application support to over 160 end users spread across multiple offices. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with the Firm’s IT service providers and software application vendors.
  • Identify and implement new legal application tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide remote control (virtual application support) to end users.
  • Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions to ensure proficient use of technology.
  • Perform functional testing of legal applications to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prioritize end-user needs and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Stay informed about the latest technologies and recommend improvements to the existing technology infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the IT field, including at least one (1) year in a support role.
  • Preferred minimum of five (5) years of experience in end user support.
  • Professional services experience highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience with MS O365, Windows 10, iManage Document Management System, and other legal-specific core applications.
  • Proficient in audio/visual setups for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other video conference applications.
  • Strong knowledge of application testing, maintenance, and compatibility in a professional services environment, preferably in a large law firm.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational/planning skills.
