Job Description: We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Tax, Trusts & Estates Associate with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tax, trusts, and estate planning matters. This position offers the chance to join one of our Florida, New Jersey, or New York offices, depending on the candidate’s preference and location.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance on tax, trusts, and estate planning matters.
  • Assist clients in developing and implementing tax-efficient strategies for wealth preservation and transfer.
  • Prepare and review complex estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Advise clients on tax implications and compliance issues related to trusts, estates, and charitable giving.
  • Conduct legal research, analyze complex tax and estate planning issues, and provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys and professionals to ensure the highest level of client service and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to provide cutting-edge legal counsel.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is required.
  • Admission to the bar in one or more states where our firm has an office and where the candidate desires to be a resident.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience practicing Tax, Trusts & Estates law.
  • Strong academic credentials, reflecting a commitment to excellence.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in tax planning, estate planning, and wealth preservation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
