Our Client is seeking a qualified candidate for an IP Litigation Associate Attorney position. Due to continued expansion, our client is seeking to bring on board an additional IP Litigation Associate, creating an opportunity to work alongside colleagues engaged in a full spectrum of litigation matters.
The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter who is ready to jump in and bring 4-6 years of IP Litigation experience supporting senior attorneys in all aspects of IP litigation, including patent and trade secret cases. The candidate should have the ability to manage a large caseload and admission to the NY bar is required; admission to the SDNY and EDNY is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Work with senior attorneys in all aspects of IP litigation, including patent and trade secret cases
- Manage a large caseload
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Assist in deposition and trial preparation
- Participate in client meetings and conferences
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of IP Litigation experience supporting senior attorneys
- Admission to the NY bar is required; admission to the SDNY and EDNY is preferred
- Ability to manage a large caseload
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Experience in patent and trade secret cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Range $190,000-$205,000
