Our client, a growing downtown Tampa area law firm, is seeking a Firm Administrator/COO. The successful candidate needs at least 5-7 years of experience in professional services firm management. 

Responsibilities for managing the daily administration and operations of the business including all tasks associated with accounts receivable and payables, payroll, various monthly financial reports, annual budgets, main contact with the bank representative and building management, must procure and implement all necessary insurance policies, and handle the HR function including recruiting and onboarding of new team members. You would also review the annual firm benefits and renew when necessary.

You would report directly to the Managing Officer and work closely with the attorneys as well as with all the staff. 

The ideal candidate would have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to simultaneously manage numerous tasks are essential. You must demonstrate initiative, professionalism, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

A Bachelor degree in business or a related field.

 5-7 years of experience in professional services firm management.
