We are assisting our client in Florida in their search for a talented Associate Attorney with 4-7 years of experience in fiduciary, trust, and probate litigation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team located in Boca Raton, Miami, or West Palm Beach.
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience: The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record in fiduciary, trust, and probate litigation, including experience managing estate and trust administration matters within and outside of the Florida court system.
- Knowledge of specialized areas: Experience with probate and trust administration issues, fiduciary compliance and risk management, guardianship matters and proceedings, and tax-efficient family wealth transfer strategies through estate, tax, business succession, and asset protection planning is preferred.
- Florida bar admission: The candidate must be licensed to practice law in Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Fiduciary, trust, and probate litigation: Manage and handle all aspects of fiduciary, trust, and probate litigation cases, including contentious issues, fiduciary advice, and representation of clients in court.
- Estate and trust administration: Provide guidance and support in estate and trust administration matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a team of experienced attorneys and professionals to deliver comprehensive legal solutions and achieve clients’ objectives.
- Communication skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively advocate for clients and provide clear guidance.
