We are partnering with our esteemed client in search of a talented Mid-Level Corporate Associate to join their Business Department. Responsibilities:
- Corporate Transactions: Utilize your expertise in mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, joint ventures, and similar transactions to provide comprehensive legal support and guidance to clients.
- Deal Management: Take a senior role in running deals, including drafting primary transaction agreements, negotiating with opposing counsel, and supervising junior associates.
- Securities Law: Advise public and/or private companies on securities law matters, including capital-raising transactions and compliance (experience in this area is a plus).
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients and partners, building strong relationships and providing exceptional legal counsel.

Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience working on mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, joint ventures, and similar transactions.
- Deal Management Skills: Demonstrated success in taking a senior role in running deals, including drafting primary transaction agreements, negotiating with opposing counsel, and supervising junior associates.
- Securities Law Knowledge: Experience advising public and/or private companies on securities law matters, including capital-raising transactions and compliance, is a plus.
- Education and Bar Admission: A law degree from an accredited institution and active bar admission are required.
