Friedman Williams is looking for a motivated individual to join the team as an Administrative and Recruiting Coordinator.

Some of the daily responsibilities will include:

Assist in resume submissions, scheduling interviews, and documenting candidate follow ups calls and emails within the Applicant Tracking System.

Support the recruiting teams while multitasking on various projects.

Update and maintain candidate pipelines and information.

Maintain and track all recruiting activity.

Provides administrative and clerical support to the members of the recruiting team.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred, but not required.

Minimum of 6 months of administrative coordinator experience.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Word.

Familiarity with CRM tools and excellent organization skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and possess great customer service.

Coordinate and scheduling a high volume of phone, video conference and onsite interviews for candidates with accuracy and professionalism.

Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring information is up-to-date.

Extensive experience using a variety of social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with our staff, candidates and customers.

Work closely with other coordinators, recruiters, and business leaders to ensure efficiency in all daily operations.

Must possess excellent verbal and writing skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
