Associate Attorney – Gaming Law Practice

We are looking for a dynamic attorney with 2-4 years gaming law, regulatory licensing and corporate experience. Successful candidate must possess outstanding academic credentials, strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare gaming license applications for corporate and individual applicants;
• Research and analyze gaming licensing statutes and regulations;
• Review and analyze corporate and financial documents;
• Draft and review commercial and corporate documents such as contracts, license agreements, corporate governance documents and related other financial documents;
• Draft petitions and other administrative filings to be presented to regulatory agencies; and
• Communicate with clients and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Corporate law experience
• A strong understanding of corporate governance documents
• Regulatory experience a plus
• Familiarity with the gaming industry a plus
• J.D. required, along with admission to New Jersey, New York and/or Pennsylvania Bar.
