Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our Corporate Department. As a Legal Assistant, you will provide essential support to our corporate team, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for law and a desire to contribute to the success of a fast-paced legal practice.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and substantive support to corporate transactional attorneys across multiple active matters
- Manage administrative tasks such as client billing, incoming correspondence, and thorough record-keeping.
- Organize and maintain all case files, including indexing/filing documents.
- Prepare correspondence and communicate with clients on behalf of attorneys.
- Assist with the preparation and revision of corporate agreements, board resolutions, operating agreements, and other transactional documents.
- Open and close files.
- Manage and update assigned attorneys’ calendars, ensuring all meetings and compliance deadlines are accurately tracked and managed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with entity formation, qualification, and maintenance filings across multiple jurisdictions
Requirements:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
