Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in the Philadelphia area. This role supports attorneys through all phases of litigation and offers a hybrid work schedule, with a combination of in-office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial matters
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence
- Conduct legal and factual research
- Organize and maintain case files, both electronic and physical
- Manage discovery processes, including document collection, review, and production
- Coordinate filing of documents with state and federal courts
- Prepare deposition and trial notebooks and exhibits
- Communicate with clients, courts, vendors, and opposing counsel as directed
- Track deadlines and maintain litigation calendars
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rules
- Experience with state and federal court filings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal tracker management systems
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong judgment regarding confidentiality
Work Arrangement
This position follows a hybrid work schedule. Team members are expected to work both remotely and in the Philadelphia office, with specific in-office days determined by team and case needs.
