A fast-paced and dynamic law firm, is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- File Complaints, Motions, Proof of Service etc. with the Court
- Request and organize medical records and bills
- Prepare and send settlement documents
- Maintain regular client communication
- Support attorneys with case preparation as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a plaintiff litigation personal injury paralegal
- Strong knowledge of plaintiff personal injury law
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and writing skills
- High attention to detail and ability to interact effectively with clients
