Litigation Paralegal – Houston, TX (Hybrid)
We are working with a nationally recognized Law Firm to add an experienced Litigation Paralegal to their Houston office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned paralegal who wants to operate at a high level, supporting complex commercial defense, construction litigation, and personal injury defense matters.
The team is collaborative, detail-oriented, and fast-paced, offering strong exposure across the full litigation lifecycle, from pre-claim investigation through trial and appeal.

Responsibilities:
· Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from pre-claim investigation through trial and post-trial
· Draft and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery materials
· Manage state and federal court filings, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements
· Maintain and track case calendars, including hearings, deadlines, and procedural timelines
· Oversee document production processes including review, redaction, and Bates labeling
· Utilize eDiscovery platforms (including Relativity) to manage large-scale document review and production
· Organize and maintain case files, deposition materials, and trial binders (physical and electronic)
· Conduct legal research and cite-checking using tools such as Westlaw
· Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial logistics
· Assist with trial preparation including exhibit lists, deposition designations, and briefing materials
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment
· Strong experience with discovery, filings, and trial preparation
· Experience with eDiscovery platforms (Relativity preferred)
· Solid understanding of federal and state court procedures
· Ability to manage multiple matters in a deadline-driven environment
· Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
· Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
· Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
· Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
Additional Details:
· Hybrid schedule (3 days in office)
· Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
· Salary range: $95,000 – $110,000 (non-exempt)
