The Hospitality Coordinator will support the initiatives of the Firm, including, but not limited to:
- Prepare and arrange food and beverage service in conference rooms to support meetings and events.
- Providing a high-level, professional, welcoming experience for all.
- Maintaining the Conference Center calendar and reservations.
- Coordinating and offering the support and resources needed for Conference Center meetings and events.
- Registering approved guests for the Conference Center.
- Coordinating supplies for the Conference Center, Café and Pantries.
- Assisting in tracking departmental supplies and placing orders for the Firm.
- Maintaining data in various software platforms related to the position.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.

- Full time attendance is required for this position.
Experience/Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education or experience.
