Paralegal – Foreclosure & Creditor’s Rights

This firm is seeking a Paralegal for the firm’s Foreclosure Department in the New York City or Cedar Knolls office. Candidate should have a minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in foreclosure sales.

This individual must have experience in representing residential mortgage servicers. This position is for someone seeking to work independently within the support of a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage case files from inception through post – sale.
• Monitor foreclosure timelines and ensure compliance with New York/ New Jersey regulations.
• Coordinate and schedule foreclosure sales, and related proceedings.
• Communicate with clients, court personnel and opposing counsel.
• Other duties as needed.
• Salary Range – $55k – $70k commensurate with experience.
