Intake

Philadelphia Workers’ Compensation law firm is looking for an experienced and motivated person to join our team as an Intake Specialist. As part of our team, you will be the first point of contact for new clients contacting the firm.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Answering new client calls as well as answering general questions from prospective clients
• Following up on client leads via phone, email and text messaging
• Scheduling appointments for new clients as well as sending out new client paperwork
• Following up with referral partners for status of client referrals

Qualifications:

• Strong affinity for customer service
• Excellent telephone, communication, and active listening skills
• Basic knowledge of Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation law is preferred, but not required
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) is highly encouraged!

Salary commensurate with experience.
