Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for potential clients via phone and email, responding to inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and urgency.

  • Case Evaluation: Conduct thorough initial screenings to collect and assess case details, particularly for personal injury and workers’ compensation matters.

  • Data Management: Enter, update, and manage accurate client data in the firm’s case management software.

  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with attorneys and paralegals to ensure a seamless handoff from intake to case development.

  • Customer Service: Deliver compassionate, client-centered service by addressing questions, explaining procedures, and offering reassurance throughout the intake process.

  • Documentation: Draft, send, and track engagement agreements and other intake-related documents to facilitate client onboarding.
